In 2022, in recognition of the need to develop a strategic plan to ensure long term stability and growth for UUCOV, a committee was formed to come up with a formal Strategic Plan for the Congregation. A survey of the congregation was taken and congregational priorities were identified. These priorities include:

• Increasing membership
• Ensuring financial stability
• Maximizing campus utilization and value
• Providing spiritual nourishment for the congregation
• Creating a focus for social justice
